Art Journal Page You are Powerful and Brave.
This page started in my altered book,so there was already text on the page. I added purple paint through a Dotty Stencil all over the page. I then used Art By Marlene Paints, in Fuchsia, Lavender and Smurf, I used my finger to add patches of paint allover the background.
I then used Art By Marlene paints in Fuchsia, through a Flourish Stencil. I then used Black Posca paint Pens in 2 Different Sizes to outline the stenciling and add polka dots.
I found a focal image in my box of pre made images, this is a Mixed Media Embellishment that I painted white, so i added white paint to the top and having the black paper under neath gives you a bonus embellishment, i fussy cut it out and added it to the page. I added the lace trim to the bottom of the image as it wasn't quite long enough.
I added some more White mixed Media Flower embellishments to her hair and added a quote to finish the page. I also used a white gel pen to add some detail to the circles in the background.
